Having traveled to over 200 ramen places across Japan and US, and almost 50 in LA, it is my opinion that Josui serves the most flavorful and vibrant bowl of ramen in Los Angeles county.

We were a family of 4. 2 kids and us parents all of us are vegan.
We ordered vegan gyoza and the 2 vegan ramen they had. The food is great even if the vegan options were limited.
The service felt rushed and the lady who attended us was curt/rude. We had to ask for bowls, cutlery, napkins and everything else.
The other lady was nicer.
