Great tasting Korean BBQ. They cook for you so no guessing of managing the meats for you - all the varieties are tasty. Unlimited egg and cheese corn in addition to the banchan. Always leave pretty full. Servers can be hit or miss, which also may depend on how busy they are too.

Quality of meat was great. My Korean palate found the side dishes, banchan, soybean soup, and tofu soup all quite subpar. In fact, tofu soup had no flavor and had to send back to make it spicy and it was still flat. I was there to introduce my in laws to Korean food, and I regret having taken them there. None of the workers spoke Korean and the flavors reflected it. May be a good place for BBQ but not for Korean food.
While out at a company conference in Palos Verdes, a very good friend of mine mentioned she was visiting this Korean BBQ place nearby since she tried out the site in Buena Park. Well per her recommendations, I came here last night and I did NOT leave disappointed! It was incredibly delicious-my husband and I enjoyed every bite. We ordered the “Hodong’s Favorite” small combo. This was a good choice since we left rolling out of the restaurant with close to a food coma. Kidding. Anyway! The soybean paste soup YUM! All the sides were delicious like the kimchi and the cucumbers were our favorite.

My go-to is a large beef combo with rib eye and soybean soup. It is a little bit steep at ~150, but it fed a hungry family of 4, and we even had leftovers— which we could take home! 🥰🥡
Fun tip: In a sheet of rice paper, top it with a slice of brisket dipped in the sauce they provide, then add a small slice of kimchi, fish cake, and a bit of wasabi.

Mei, Vince and Joseph are soooo nice and helpful. We always come back to Baekjong every time we come here to SoCal. We never skipped this Korean BBQ joint. We ordered Baekjong favorite combo and add extra short ribs. For 5 people we ate a plenty! Everything’s delish! The service also amazing. If you are in SoCal try to spare your time to eat here! It’ll not disappoint. I wish we have this superb quality and service in Houston, Texas. Cannot wait to come back and eat here again. Thank you guys for amazing experience!! Love - love y’all!!
