Was a little skeptical at first but WOOOW! This food was so insanely good and something I’ve never tried before. Got the B&C Hiroshima Okonomiyaki pancake thing and it’s was super good. Also the fried chicken was perfectly cooked (crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside) The cook was so passionate too and you can tell there are many decades of experience behind those skills. Phenomenal place!!!
The restaurant was almost full, but there was only one server working, so we waited a long time just to get the check. The food was a bit on the salty side. For $25, the dish was just egg, one beef patty, and some rice, which felt overpriced for what you get. If you're craving omurice, it's worth trying once, but I probably won't be coming back.
If you love Japanese omurice and okonomiyaki, give this place a try! The eggs on the omurice were so soft, and it looked almost too pretty to eat. The okonomiyaki was delicious too. I especially loved the crispy noodles and the sauce. Everyone working there was super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely come back!
