The cooks need training as they are taking shortcuts that ruin the chicken!\nI got a 10 piece bucket of chicken pieces but as soon as I tried to pick up the extra crispy pieces the skins and batter fell off!\nThis is because they don’t follow the training protocol!\nThe chicken pieces need to be dried and left in the refrigerator for 2 hours before battering!
