Service was terrible. It was very dirty, the floors were disgusting, there was edamame laying there since before we were seated, should've taken that as a sign to walk away. I understand they were busy, but it took about ten minutes to flag someone down and tell them about the hair in a piece of sushi. There was no apology at all, he simply stated he would take the plate away.
They were out of the wagyu since we were seated, we kept watching the sign come around hoping there would be a plate there, but that never happened. I checked the tablet and it was not available to order, I asked the waiter and they said they were out.
The food was not impressive, and definitely not worth the wait. Don't recommend.

This conveyor belt sushi restaurant is one of my kids' favorite places to eat. After eating 15 plates, a random toy drops down from the screen, which they love. The prices are reasonable, but the fish—especially the tuna—tends to be quite dry. The uni also doesn't seem to be of the best quality. Still, since the kids enjoy it so much, we come here from time to time. Also its a long waint (45minutes) wait

This is an incredibly fun experience and perfect for our sushi date nights. It's nice because you get to try many types of sushi with 3-4 pieces on each plate instead of just a couple full rolls. The prices are good too. It's fun to order drinks on the tablet screen and have a robot deliver them to you. There are also options to order straight from the kitchen and it flies out to you on a conveyor belt. The only reason I reduced a star on service was because I came and used their tablet at the door to put my name down. There were only 3 groups ahead of me but people would show up and get seated right away. I asked after several groups did this and was told in a not so helpful way that people use the app to put themselves on a wait list and they can then show up closer to their seating time and they get priority. So beware if you are a walk in, you may wait for over an hour. The girl at the door could have been more helpful in explaining their system but instead told me in a condescending way which only made me upset. The food was excellent so my mood changed quickly. Everyone else was helpful and nice.
