I WAS a regular Faithful customer that came in every week until this past week. My regular cashier who is a really nice Hispanic male, always takes care of me, I tip and I’ve never felt discriminated upon until I went on Monday the cashier Black woman who I’ve seen that normally works in the back was up front who never smiles I’ve notices unless your White served me and my simple order for fried Shrimp and fries some how never got processed I waited 25 minutes 3 other white patrons that ordered AFTER me got there food and after waiting 25 minutes I asked for my money back the manager I guess struggled to do that and the Black cashier had the odassity ,gull to say fried food takes longer, it might but 6 shrimp & fries don’t take over 25 minutes and I guarantee you if any of those 3 white patrons waited 25 minutes there would have been a different explanation given. I will never go there again and will consider filing a discrimination to the better business.. So your going to loose count 25 or 50 dollars x 4 weeks a month in a year give or take a week over $2300.00 x the 10 people co workers & family….I hope it was worth it.

Had lunch here with my manager, both of us had a great lunch, nice environment and great service. My fish tacos were really good, but the zucchini spears were the bomb! Stop by and enjoy.

Past by this section a few times while at work. Told myself I was going to stop by. Glad I did. . I had no idea that Long Beach Fish Grill was amongst the restaurants here. Once I spotted it I had to dine in since I am familiar with the location in Long Beach on Redondo. The scenery is nice and relaxing. The restaurant is cute. The customer service was great. The place was clean, staff very friendly and the food was great. I was a little disappointed that they didn't serve alcohol. I think the Long Beach location does. My experience was still great.

I had lunch here today, mahi-mahi fish tacos plate, and immediately noticed my face getting hot and swollen and then my face and entire torso became bright red so I had a bad reaction to the fish however it's not because I am allergic. I have had mahi-mahi hundreds of times in my life and never had a bad reaction. As the minutes went on it became worse and my heart started racing so I had to go to the ER which I'm sure will ultimately cost me thousands of dollars all because I trusted that a fish grill could make safe fish tacos. I did call and notify someone that worked there that they need to take that fish off the shelves. Perhaps they are not refrigerating it properly and maybe it doesn't happen frequently but that was very scary and with my ER bill will be a very expensive lunch. I would definitely not go back again. Health and safety will be notified.

I love the location of this place... it is a great area to come get some work done on a beautiful sunny day. Service was top notch... the sweet girl at the counter was accomodating and just a joy. The food was good but not like over the top good... I got a fish sandwich and fries. I felt like the fish could have used a bit more seasoning or some type of sauce. Other than that it was a solid lunch spot!

I love this location. Lots of food options and friendly cozy atmosphere. There's plenty of free parking too.Service is efficient, quick, and friendly. The food: the battered fish tacos were good but needed more flavor. This shrimp ceviche was also good but also needed more flavor. A little pricy for what you're getting, imo.

I was put on to this little gem at the recommendation of my parents. They had been obsessed with the place ever since stumbling upon it a month prior and couldn't stop talking about it. After stopping by myself, I can absolutely see why. First off, when it comes to fish grills in the South Bay Area, they're always lacking something. Lord knows that California Fish Grill hasn't been the same in many years, and even my long time favorite Blue Salt Fish Grill has been put to shame after my experience with Long Beach Fish Grill. My younger brother and I went for a late lunch, early dinner so he could show me the ropes, as he's been with my parents many times. The area the restaurant is located in is a tiny little hidden gem that reminds me of a smaller version of The Point in El Segundo, but it's so tucked away that you almost could miss it. The decor in the restaurant is very cute and welcoming, as are the staff members that make the extra effort to make you feel important. I started with the clam chowder and it was delicious. Especially paired with the oyster crackers and a little bit of hot sauce, it really hit the spot with how rich and creamy it was. For my brother's entree, he ordered a grilled Mahi Mahi plate with Cajun garlic butter, and double fries. I'm so glad he did too, because those fries were awesome, especially when paired with the chipotle aioli he requested. Since it was my first time trying this place, our server recommended that I have the sauces on the side for my fish tacos as that's not typically how they prepare them. I ordered one Mahi Mahi taco and one salmon taco, both grilled, as I've never really been a fan of battered fish tacos. These tacos were amazing. I paired the salmon taco with teriyaki sauce which was perfect, and the Mahi Mahi taco I paired with Cajun garlic butter... When I tell you their Cajun garlic butter sauce has everyone beat by a long shot!!! I mean it!!! Not too greasy, not too salty, fully flavorful. I was thoroughly pleased by my decisions, but am confident you cannot go wrong with anything that you order here. If it weren't for me living a little ways out the way, I would be back here at least once a week, as my parents have been since they've discovered it. NOT to mention the service, top tier! I cannot say enough about how they all went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to par like they cooked it for friends and family. The chef even so graciously came over to us to make sure we loved her food as much as she does, and we told her we loved it more!

I thought the inside looked really cool with a bunch of fishing and seafood stuff. They even had a really cool string art fish on the wall inside. I ordered the sea bass and I was told that I had the local kind so it wasn't the fat, artic kind I was used to. But that's okay. They were really nice about it and we enjoyed all our food. We ate outside as a big group and this place offers free water.

The food is good! Just super pricey. You only get one side which really sucks especially for the premium price you're paying. The service is good employees are nice and the ambience of the location is quite nice. Would be way better if they included the secondary side instead of having to pay five dollars for three pieces of asparagus or zucchini.

Too price fish seemed processed and already cooked! Portions small and charge service fee for placing order and I was told sides came with order, but was charged. A couple came in set next to me and left full plate of food!
