Food is authentic, great atmosphere, but the most memorable aspect is how lazy the staff is. They just disappear or act like it's an inconvenience to just acknowledge you when you walk in. Zero appeal to come back. I should have walked away when the hostess was just standing there talking to another waiter ignoring me.
First Time here with my friends. One of the best Oaxacan Mexican restaurant I've even been to. The moles are superb, authentic tasting and very fresh. Try the Coloradito. The chicken breast was moist and flavorful. The mole is just heaven on earth. Its just the right kick with the smokey flavor, spiciness and the chocolatey. Visited on a Saturday afternoon between 12-2 PM. We were seated right away as it wasn’t very busy. However, the cleanliness could have been improved, as we noticed tortillas and limes under the neighboring table. Service was somewhat slow, with empty plates left on the table for a considerable time, which was challenging given the limited table space.
