Ordered from the app...said food would be ready 2-5 minutes..after 11 minutes I asked manager where my food was and he asked me what it was and then got it for me. Never showed up on their screen and I made sure I was at the right mcdonalds. Very poor service. At one point no one was taking care of front counter for 7 minutes. Some people just walked out.

Been coming to this south gate location since the 80s its changed a lot but its near my grannys house .. it seams no mater what time i go they always foget something weather my straw my sauces nakins or the extra pickles i always ask for what really bugs me is i always spicify how i want my frapp and they always make it wrong .. idk if the workers just dont pay atten or they dont care or the manager just isnt on to of foid service quality . I use to work fast food an for what...
