This place always sucks at night (probably the only time I go there). Staff can be rude, they take a while and just now at 1 am I had no wait and they still managed to screw my order up. On top of that, I asked for a regular McFlurry, I was charged for a full size regular McFlurry and this they/them fat guy gives me a snack size one and claims that he ran out of regular cups. It would be nice to know PRIOR to being charged that I will be given a different item. This isn't the first time that I've had issues with this McDonald's and their drive-thru, but my first time speaking out about it. Also, fries were salty as hell, cold and I fot the wrong sauce. I can expect issues if its busy, but not when there's no wait.

Got there at 10:00 p.m. on 05/11/2025. Waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, I don't know why. The guy at the window was holding up the line. Got home to some cold, soggy fries and hard nuggets. Waisted time and money.

PEARL AND ALEXIS WERE SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND I liked their uniforms..snazzy!! Almost thought I would get a filet miñon they both looked so snazzy. Great service! My Double Cheeseburger w/o cheese, with an extra patty was perfectly made and the temperature was hot. Fabulous visit. I am posting here because I needed to give kudos yet the receipt was faded due to low ink, I guess, and could not take the survey. 11May2025 Happy Mother's Day 2025

Missing items on my order. This happened twice. Missing hash browns
I ordered a filleomac which is a big mac with flleofish patie insted of meat and they refused to make me one because the manager said they don't make that. I had to go to another mc daunalds and had no problem ordering my filleomac. These people are not competent in their work and don't understand the needs of the customer. What is so difficult about replacing the meat for a fish patie when asked to get one in a big mac.
