We came here by accident the first time since another Japanese restaurant was closed nearby but we’re so happy we found this place! All you can eat shabu shabu with over 6 cuts of quality thin sliced beef/pork (more if you choose wagyu) and 4 types of broth. The vegetables are all freshly chopped with plenty of toppings/noodles to go around. Above all the price is solid, we always leave full, and can’t wait to come back. Make a reservation since they’re usually too busy for walk ups.

Very uncomfortable with having to share one pot among four people. Limited meat options, mostly fatty cuts that didn’t seem healthy. The place didn’t feel very clean, and overall not worth the price. No plans to return.

MoMo Paradise is a great place to come to for an authentic Shabu dinner. There was a bit of a wait for us to be seated but it is completely understandable. The restaurant isn't very big and can only hold up to 98 in max capacity.
Once seated, we ordered the spicy miso and the sukiyaki broth, followed by two of each in the beef options. We made sure to order of the MoMo menu as it was our first time there.
Overall, it was a very delicious and filling meal. We all left more than satisfied and were happy to say that it greatly exceeded our expectations. I cannot say anything really stood out to me more than other menu items, but my friends really enjoyed the curry rice from the self-serve bar. Also the sodas they have at the dispenser are good too, with melon being the standout.
About halfway through the meal. We were able to switch up the broths and try new ones. We only made it to round two before tapping out and ordering some ice cream for desert. What I like about the ice cream they gave us was that they only give you one scoop which is just the right amount after having such a hearty meal.
One other thing I liked about this place was how friendly the workers were. They took their time explaining everything to us and made sure to answer all of our questions. They also constantly checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Thanks alot guys.
The restaurants itself was also really clean and I liked the lo-fi beats playing in the background while we ate. Truly a chill vibe to go with a fantastic meal.

I had lunch here with my friends over the weekend. The food was delicious and we had a great time, but I was surprised when I saw the bill.
I thought it was $38.95 per person, but we were charged $55.95 each.
The menu I saw didn’t mention that there would be an extra charge for choosing Wagyu, and the Wagyu options were listed alongside other meats, so we didn’t think anything of it. When it came time to pay, it was a bit of a shock.
I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, but I couldn’t help but feel a bit misled.

My favorite Japanese buffet in the US! They serve quality meat and the buffet price is reasonable. The vegetable and rice station is so clean. You can pick whatever you want to add to your shabu shabu. And if you pay an additional you can get a refill drink too. The drink station was my favorite one since they got the bubble tea and crystal boba as well. It's unlike those boring soda fountain drinks but much more interesting to try. The sauce was good and the meat was so great and fresh as you can see in the pic. The side dish like Japanese curry tastes so good too. The servers are very nice and friendly. Every time I came back it never disappointed me so I keep coming back here whenever I come back to LA

Spicy tomato broth was our favorite. Their sauces were perfect to dip the meat with, they were delicious. Fresh veggies and the glass noodles made the soup perfect. The best oolong tea I’ve had plus the coffee jelly was refreshing. I would’ve loved a cup to go, it was that good!
