My husband and I eat here weekly and almost always have the halibut fish and chips since it's so delicious along with the French fries and their incredible coleslaw. Unfortunately, this time the fish was not cooked crispy which the batter wasn't cooked well and the fries was not nice and crispy, rather undercooked. We had excellent burgers from the Hapoy Hour menu. The hostess and server were warm and friendly. The food arrived soon and was delectable. If only the room had a bit of green or color.
I'm a big fan of Bazille but the last few visits, service hasn't been very good. For years, the service and the food have been great but now, the servers I've encountered, seem disinterested in helping you. It's not awful but it's unwelcoming, slow and little to no further follow up. FYI - The hosts/hostesses always are friendly. If the food wasn't so good, I'd probably go elsewhere.
