Meat was bad, and was too scared to eat any more of it after seeing this for myself and my child. I prefer the Gardena location and now I understand as to why.

The steamed vegetables both broccoli and cabbages were too raw and chunky to chew definitely for kids. This is getting to be a normal cooking recently at this store. Food quality is good but bbq beef could use some TLC when grilled.

Had take out....waited at window for about 20 minutes, then was told they were out of chicken! Waited another 10-15 minutes until we received our order....got home and were quite dissatisfied with the quality of the food...especially for the price and wait!! Won't be back!
Friendly staff members. Clean establishment. Well organized and very professional. Good vibes and rhythm as you eat your meal. In the backdrop, you hear Hawaiian and Reggae music, which is very enjoyable. Let's not forget unlimited fountain drinks. So come on by and enjoy a good high-protein meal!

I don't frequent fast food chains often, but wanted something quick for dinner. The Island Favorite (chicken combo) was really good for American/Hawaiian fast food. The katsu chicken was crispy and tender (not greasy), and the teriyaki chicken thigh meat was not too sweet. The rice was sticky as it should be, and the salad was good, but lacking adequate dressing. Portions were were large for the price. I got out for $14 with enough food for two meals.
