The food is ok but the service here is terrible. The Hispanic girl cleaning the tables and the gay boy with the makeup on are very disrespectful and unprofessional and should be retrained on customer service, respectability and professionalism.

In order a BBQ chicken plate and eat about 90% of the food and my fiancée noticed that there was a hair in my food and we took it out and didn’t resemble our hair.
So I went to the cashier to informed about it and she was an older lady at the cash register took the hair and tried to say it was mine and I looked at everyone working there and informed that no one is wearing a hair net just a hat and pointed that out. I asked for a free drink for compensation, she had to ask for supervisor/manager.
I informed the manager about what happened and she offered to re make the food but just ask for a drink was helping. But the cashier older lady needs an attitude check and be more sincere.

This place never disappoints

I'll be honest. This is not the "highest quality" food. But for the price they offer, they give an insane amount of food. As a trainer, I can appreciate the fact that for 13 bucks, I can get multiple servings of lean protein, steamed veggies, and simple white rice. I have no idea why anyone would even go to Yoshinoya unless you can't find this spot in your immediate area. I'm sure the food is still processed to some extent, but I also have diverticulitis, so my body would respond immediately if it was trash food. I gave it 5 stars, but 4 on every mark. Because logically, I know that it can't be organic at the price they offer. That's the only reason they didn't get full 5s

Dietary restrictions: I have diverticulitis, and my body hasn't reacted negatively to their food. I've eaten here about 5 times thus far, so by now, I would know if it was trash quality.

Great quick place for lunch, great portions, love the teriyaki chicken and cabbage!

As i hate posting this. Today. August 7 i purchase
3 orders. 2 number 1’s. And. 1 Chicken Katsu plate Shortly after we all started to feeling upset stomach . I though nothing of it. But later this evening we all had the Hurry to bathroom my dauther. Had vomiting . All orders had chicken and the regular steam veggies , something Was probably Spoil til this hours 10pm. We are still stuck to te toilet. I will call in tomorrow and complain about this. They need to be carful with chicken temperature. . I like this place. I like their service the location is nice. I had not experience This in the past . But that don't take away we got ill from this. We all had our out side meal from same place. And only outside meal for the day ..

Aloha and the home cook style of Hawaii style food from the BBQ mix to Spam Masubi. Always made to order plus excellent customer service and friendly staff. Family friendly or just a sit down on the patio if you choose to eat outside. Highly recommended and your come back for more.

Parking: 2 spots for pick up. Plenty of space to get around.
