I had the ehime, seafood pasta which had decent amount of protein shellfish as described . It was very tasty as I was craving red sauce. I've had the wagyu and other dishes. Very consistent and filling. The only thing I'd asked for is a spoon to remove the little clams from their shells plus to twirl the perfectly cooked capellini like pasta. You're given a fork and napkins since I dined there.
Ashley was kind enough to bring my dinner tray to me and offered me water which is in a dispenser facing the entrance.
Pasta Stories will not disappoint with its variety. Next time, I'll try the salmon or maybe the chicken.

Average pasta with long wait times. Tried 3 pastas on 3 different occasions and the waits were always over 30 minutes even on non busy days.
The service is always nice though.

This is a high quality Japanese style pasta restaurant located in the Tokyo Central food court. I just tried their Osaka pasta which is a beef ragu sauce with al dente angel hair pasta. They have a couple of special pastas offered each morning at a limited quantities (10). These are cooked to order so you may have a few minutes to wait if they are busy. I will try other types of pasta next time. Parking is plenty in the strip mall parking lot.

Lunch with coworkers. That wagyu meat sauce on spaghetti blobbed into savory perfection. It was rich, but I did not regret a single bite. A pound felt like it was meant for two but I stayed quiet and polished it off. Got a sugar rush later so I’ll count it as a win.

Really good Japanese spaghetti spot in Tokyo Central. Ordered food, did some shopping and then sat down to some great noodles.

It's a pasta place in a grocery, so of course I was blown away when I got pasta better then any chain can produce. Flavor and quality was perfect on top of the interesting twist put on the dishes with Japanese region inspired ingredients. Will be going back to try the other types of pasta (the kyoto is a very good way to work into the other pasta types)

Delicious Japanese-style pasta! Reasonable prices, too! I ordered the Fukuoka (mentaiko and nori pasta), and it didn't disappoint! Great flavor, and the pasta was perfectly al dente. Friendly service, too! This restaurant inside the new PCH Tokyo Central is an excellent addition to Torrance's amazing lineup of Japanese cuisine. I look forward to trying their other pastas as well!
