I ordered tenders and 2 apple pie to take away, but when I got to eat the food, I realized that they only gave me 1 apple pie and it took a long time to get the order ready, honestly, I will not go there anymore.

The counter attendant was very helpful, polite. Customer service oriented. He assisted us with every phase of the transaction. We appreciated his friendliness and his helpfulness. Excellent customer service!!
The food was also delicious!!!!

Google does not tell you the restaurant is in the mall, the cashier didn't speak, the food was cold I ask for fresh food she gave me cold food again. I lost my whole lunch time parking going the mall then finding my car to leave. I will Be er do it again. I was a free meal from tmobi I'm e Tuesday but that location was not worth it

Staff not friendly. Picked up order, got home and realized it was completely wrong order, returned, they didn't apologize, got home and all 5 biscuits were missing, the second time around WOW.

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, when I checked it only brought 8 pieces. I am really disappointed, not receiving what I paid and apart from that it was difficult to communicate with the people who were in front because it was difficult for them to understand the language. Super bad attention I do not recommend this experience for anyone else.

blonde hair guy had the worse attitude.. he didnt want to help me w/ordering 1 classic chicken sandwich 1 side for my employer.. i have never been to a Popeyes in life.. also i wanted a giftcard & he said ughh no you would have to wait on my manager 🤷🤦 wth!! i wanted to get 1 for my friend & he wasnt having it.. i would NEVER return.. btw i dont eat chicken 🍗 i got a sleeve, but NO giftcard.. screw that im out 👌

1 star is generous. LITERALLY ROTTEN!
So I ordered in the store to take out, two simple things. 5pc chicken tenders with two sauces (no combo), and a classic chicken sandwich combo with coleslaw and Cajun fries.

First, the fries don’t taste like anything at all much less any spices or salt. The chicken in the sandwich? Half of it is just fried crisp. Then the coleslaw was absolutely ROTTEN! It was sour, disgusting slop, and smelled putrid!

Not to mention that the two sauces I ordered were just completely forgotten, at first I wasn’t even mad at that and thought “oh, simple mistake. It happens.” But finding ROTTEN food is a strict line that should NEVER happen. DO NOT GO HERE.

Bad food very low quality There is after taste for the fries taste like soap means Bad oil, the chicken is unclean smells fishy,and missing items!! We through it away it was un eatable, doesn't worth a penny
