Probably the best Popeyes that I’ve been to. Food is always good, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were great. This will be my go to Popeyes going forward.

I cannot believe this happened twice. I ordered ghost pepper wings but only received signature hot. I am so disappointed with this service. I can understand if it was only once but not twice! I will never try to order any food here again…..

Went to Popeyes on Pacific Coast Highway near Hawthorne to order dinner. I was asked to use the kiosk which I hate using. I’d rather talk to an employee. Finally, someone who spoke a little bit English came to help. It was a little bit of an effort, but we got it all together. I was given my order and I left, but unfortunately like usual with almost every place I buy from now there’s always something missing and I either have to figure out a way to get my money back or go back and get What was ordered I tried to call them and the phone doesn’t even ring once it goes straight to the email that says that they can’t do email because I haven’t opened it up yet. Which is what seems to be going on almost everywhere. That way they don’t have to take a phone call. It’s only about 3 1/2 to 4 bucks that I’m losing but it’s still 3 1/2 to 4 bucks that ain’t mine and they get it. I also had an issue with them a few weeks ago when I ordered a four piece meal combo and I was supposed to get a breast and they didn’t give it to me so now I’m out the best piece of meat that they have and they gave me two wings . It’s supposed to be basically half a chicken, but I got two wings a drumstick, and a thigh again not very good service yet we pay these people way more than they deserve and they want a tip on top of it. I’m gonna go by there the next time I go by because I drive out of my way to go to this particular one cause it used to be really good and I’ll probably say oh why didn’t you come by immediately? Well it’s because you don’t have a phone number that I can talk to anyone and you’re also 10 miles away. Long review, but the place needs to know their confidence that they have there as I’ve read with other complaints.

Dang the chicken here is really chef's kiss* done properly and straight up delicious.

Excellent promotions

Last week I went to get take out dinner and was asked to use the kiosk. I had cash and wanted to place the order with an employee! She had an attitude taking the order! Tonight I went back for dinner take out and again with cash, but this time the guy totally refused to take my and order and told me to use the kiosk! He said, he was too busy preparing orders, which there were only 2 people ahead of me! I walked out and he was okay with that! They get a raise, but want to do half the work! We should just have robots serving at least they won’t have attitudes! I’ll spend my money else where!

Way overpriced for the little amount of food. Nothing like what was advertised. Ordered shrimp basket and was so disappointed. No jelly for biscuit. I also had to wait long for my food. What a waste of time n money. Customer service needs improvement.
