Primo Italia Reviews
Excellent food and Bartenders.(service!)
We went there for my girlfriend‘s birthday and I have to say it was pretty spectacular. We had a drink at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and accommodating. The hostess came and sat us down when we were ready to be seated. Our waiter was well informed and told us about all of the specials. We didn’t want for anything. Everything was delivered to our table on time we weren’t rushed. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The food is very very good. Amazing...read full review
Delicious food. Seemed a little short staffed but the service was good. Piano player added nice ambiance though a little loud ( had to yell within our own table)
Bread was warm and tasty.

Primo Italia is an excellent restaurant in Los Angeles, known as one of the best in California. The service is top-notch, with professional staff who enhance the dining experience and make guests feel at home. The ambiance includes a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly waiters. The restaurant has a fun and energetic vibe, especially with live music on Wednesdays, which many guests find wonderful. Sometimes, the music can be a bit overwhelming and distract from the meal. The food is exceptional, with highlights like the Branzino, perfectly cooked with crispy skin and tender, flavorful flesh. The menu also features delicious pasta, including the Lasagna, which is loved by many. Some guests mentioned that the Oso Buco can be good but not the best they've had, and the wild boar ragu with noodles was also just good. A few diners noted that the bone-in fillet can sometimes be too salty, but overall, the food quality is high, thanks to the chef and owner's dedication to sourcing good ingredients. Many say that dining at Primo Italia creates memorable moments, sometimes even special ones like proposals, with everyone cheering and congratulating. The prices are comparable to other high-quality spots, though some items, like a $22 glass of PV Chardonnay, might seem less worth it. Overall, the restaurant remains a favorite and a place to visit often.
