Glad I was finally able to try this Japanese ramen restaurant, but I was slightly disappointed by the flavor overall. The ramen broth was salty and overly too strong. Their karaage/fried chicken was mediocre and the takoyaki felt like it only had one piece of octopus per piece with the remaining filling being all batter. Even though I enjoyed it, I would critically give it an average ranking amongst all ramen, especially in the South Bay. I might return if I'm in the area, but I definitely would not go out of my way for it.

If you don’t want to waste your money, do NOT come to this restaurant. Nothing here tastes good — not a single dish. The ramen was especially terrible: only the broth was hot, while everything else was ice-cold, as if it had just been taken straight out of the fridge. The broth didn’t taste like it was freshly made either; it tasted like something mixed from packaged seasoning. On top of that, the service was incredibly poor. Overall, a completely disappointing experience.

Delicious ramen in Torrance. A really tasty broth and good noodle quality is what makes a good ramen and they have that in ten fold here at Ajido. They have a great selection of broth flavors and a nice variety of Japanese snacks as well. I would definitely recommend.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere. Two types of vegan ramen - soy sauce based and vegetable based! $20 for an app, entree, and soda.

Spicy rich miso ramen is very good, full of taste. I love the place, small but feeling sitting in Japan.

The ramen was as good as I expected.
I removed one star
Appetizer wasn't bad
The takoyaki was crispy, the gyoza was average, and the fried chicken was a little too crispy for me, depending on your taste, and maybe good for Americans.
Spicy ramen was really spicy.
I had high expectations for the tsukemen because it tasted like Tsujida, but unlike Tsujida, the taste was not very recognizable.
Thank you for the meal.
I will go again if I have a chance

Soup and noodle are good, but not the meat. I feel the meat is unfrozen then added to the soup right before serving on table. But still, the soup is delicious!

I have no idea how this place stays in business. They are always closed when I’m around. They even locked the door when I tried to enter.

One of if not my favorite ramen place in the South Bay area. I don't understand why there's not a waiting list. Today we walked in and the whole place was empty on a Saturday at 12:30 pm. Definitely needs a Keith Lee visit. Their black shisen ramen is one of my favorite bowls of ramen in los angeles. Only a few spots like tsujita (and annex) are higher on the list for me.
