We ordered online directly from Robek's...there was no fee, and drinks were ready when we got there. Smoothies were excellent. I am still very partial to the Classic line...I had the South Pacific Squeeze...delicious!
Great smoothies!! Poor staff!!
I came in on 2/17/25 around 1pm and the customer service was horrible. a very rude staff member was working, and her facial expression, tone, and energy was very hostile and negative. she gave me a “i dont want to be here i hate this job” type of energy, which was evident when she frowned/stank faced at me once she noticed i was patiently waiting at the register. her vocal tone was not welcoming at all either. i think basic social skills...

Don't like to feel disrespected while I'm ordering my drinks, but thats what I received tonight May 1st at 9:40pm. The 2 employees already seemed irritated. But after getting the order wrong and forgetting to put blueberries in the smoothie, the male employee raised his hand and said ok OK without me even saying anything. I asked what his issue was, and he said " you were about to say something. " I actually was not, and asked for the reason for the attitude....
