Saffron is fantastic! Today was my first time in. They have a beautiful spice selection, hard to find condiments, and fresh produce and lawash bread. I picked up beautiful black figs, fish seasoning, garlic paste and bread.

In addition to that I tried the Chicken Soltani and Beef Koobideh. I highly recommend both. Both were perfectly seasoned, tender and grilled to perfection. They came with roasted tomatoes , rice and bread. The servings are generous and could easily accommodate 3 people each.

The people working there are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Customer for life!

At $19+tax for a fesenjun, I thought I would be getting a quality khoresh/stew similar to something you would get at a white tablecloth restaurant. Instead, I was both appalled and disappointed when I realized the fake fesenjun was out of a can that had simply been heated and sold to me for nearly $20. I have never experienced anything like this before at an (allegedly) Persian venue.

One of the only authentic places in the area to get great Persian cuisine, grocery and specialty items. They recently remodeled and reconfigured the store. The food here is very delicious, authentic flavors, and prepared fresh to order. The grocery section has hard to find items that are a great compliment to the restaurant. The staff is always helpful and polite providing efficient service. Takeout orders have always been accurate and packed with care. This is one of the only options left in the South Bay for true Persian food and we eat here all the time and truly enjoy it.

My family and I are from Iran and this food was so good brought me right home to all the good things that I used to eat. I can’t make it as good as maybe the rice L O L.

Parking: It is part a small restaurant with outdoor sitting and takeout of Persian food, and also a market for Middle Eastern groceries and vegetables.

I grew up Persian so I know my Persian food. The store is a tad bit run down but it’s clean. Literally outside of that concern this is the place to eat Persian food. Would eat here weekly if I was local.

Vegetarian options: Minimal, as with most Persian food.

So there's two parts to this place. The first and for what they are KNOWN FOR is the kitchen. If you want traditional Iranian food that's cooked almost as close to mom's, n gramma's cookin', this is the place! From stews, to vegetarian dishes, lamb, salmon, chicken and the most important, Kabob is served here. We come here for their kabob's. Koobideh's are to die for. 100% beef, onion and seasoning, no fillers... and the barg, nice n soft. Comes to pieces when you cut into..

So the other half is their supermarket, where they serve all kinds of protein (halal), fruits, grain, veggies, bread, sweets, spices n treats. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by friendly folks and a Persian rug to walk over..

Over all a great place to surround yourself with middle Easter culture and grab a bite to eat, either in or to go. ✌?
