Ordered take out at 3:00 for a 5:15 pickup on their website. Arrived to pick up the food and was rudely told I shouldn't have ordered that large an order that far in advance, and order will not be ready for another half hour. No sorry, no welcome greeting, just immediate lecture. Never going back.

Too expensive for the food they serve. First restaurant that doesn't include rice for the food. RIDICULOUS!

Used to be one of the best Thai places in Torrance, but the service and quality have been declining, and it continues to do so. The food portions have gotten smaller over time, they stopped serving rice with curry menu items and appetizer chips a while ago, they no longer crush or cut ingredients that go into the papaya salad, the Thai tea is now one-third filled with ice and the cup is smaller than before, 1/4 of times they have bugs in their food and the list goes on. The servers have attitude and are only kind when handing out the bills. Some food items are still pretty good, like a 3.5 out of 5 (used to be 4.5). I used to be a regular customer, but I don't think I'll ever come back again.

I ordered a large Tom Yum soup for take out. There was a fly in my soup. I reported this to the restaurant. The restaurant requested photos of the fly. I immediately texted the owner (2) photos of the fly in my soup. After receiving the photos, the owner said they dont have flies in their restaurant. The restaurant did not apologize or accept accountability for the situation. They offered a $10 credit for my next order. The restaurant declined offering a refund. The restaurant also declined an alternative option that I had offered of them sending me a new order of anything for an equivalent price. The restaurant said I would have to pay for the delivery fees if I placed a new order.

My friend and I had lunch here on 2/16/24. The food is truly delicious. The service is horrible. I ordered a Thai Iced tea with very little ice and they gave me a cup that was 1/3 full of ice. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said nothing. I asked for napkins three different times and I finally got up to go get them. They finally brought me the napkins when they saw I was coming to get them. This was at least 10 minutes or more. It wasn't crowded as it was a later lunch. Only 4 other patrons were eating at the time. I did not leave a tip as they were definitely not deserving of one. It wasn't a nice experience to say the least. . The place could definitely use a face lift. The tables were badly scratched and ours had a medium size divot in the middle of it. The chairs need repair as well. It wasn't dirty but you can tell there is absolutely no effort to make it more appealing. I will just order food to go. This is the reason for my three stars rating.

Their pad see ew, and tom yum soup were quite testy! The cook even came out to ask my husband how spicy he would like his soup. The fried bananas with green tea ice cream was fabulous! The service was also great! The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Great local Thai restaurant. The Panang curry and the pad Thai are just perfect! I also recommend the ice thai coffee, it's definitely worth it!

Not quite a place for a "special meal" to celebrate, but Sartori Thai is a good choice for basic Thai -style food. The service is good. The ambiance is nice with Thai travel video and photos making for a pleasant setting. Parking in Torrance can be a bit tricky at times, but should not be too tough. If you are in the Old Torrance area and want something different from burgers or tacos this would be a good /economical choice.

I got the pad se-ew to go. The noodles were fantastic, thick and "meaty", the sauce was perfect and had that sweetness to it, broccoli was nice and crunchy. HOWEVER, it needed some salt (which i easily added) and the chicken was passable - nothing great. Next time I would order this but with tofu or just veggies. I would have loved more broccoli in it as well. The portion size was great,as was the value (it was about $13) I'll be back to try more.
