So happy that Shake Shack opened up at Del Amo Mall and I no longer have to drive all the way to El Segundo to get my Shake Shack fix.Food: Usually go for the Double ShackBurger and some cheese fries. This combo has never disappointed me. Always hits the spot. Maybe one day i'll try something new. But that Double ShackBurger always seems to call my name!Service: Never had a problem. I usually use the kiosk to order my food. They get your food prepared pretty quickly. If you're in a hurry, you can order ahead of time on the app and pick it up when it's ready.Parking: It's the mall parking lot, never had an issue finding parking.Tons of seating in the Del Amo food court.Will I be back? Got their spicy chicken sandwich, it was indeed spicy and delicious. The chicken is juicy and good. I don’t normally like crinkly cut fries but these were pretty good. My only complaint would be that prices are a bit outrageous for just a sandwich and fries. The service is fast for how busy they are.

Get the cheese fries!!Listen, I'm not a cheese fries type guy. I'm all about ketchup. But the cheese sauce is SO GOOD here it will convert you!This isn't your run of the mill nacho cheese or melted slice of American cheese like In-N-Out does . This cheese sauce is a special blend of American cheese, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, white wine amongst other ingredients. It's a whole other profile of flavor from any cheese, or any cheese sauce you've ever had. it has the saltiness of premium cheese, the creaminess the depth of flavor that will make you ooze with comfort and happiness.This place is clean. Their service is fast. Their fries are fresh crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. It is fantastic here. Get the cheese fries and try the other foods, as I will in the future.

First time trying Shake Shack! We should have ordered more... we got a basic meal cuz we were unsure, but the food was really delicious! I was so surprised at how the meat and your classic sauce are so juicy and flavorful. It's a little busy being in the middle of the food court, so I understand the chaos of course, but the staff was on top of it, very attentive and helped make the experience awesome! So, I finally caved and hit up Shake Shack in Del Amo for the first time.I decided to roll with the Shroom Burger because, you know, it was one of the two vegetarian options on the menu. Big mistake. This burger was like the runt of the litter - incredibly small and overpriced. I should've read the menu better because the cheese was trapped inside the mushroom. Cue the disappointment. The cheese inside was practically molten while the rest of the burger was just hanging out at a decent temperature. It made for a weird, unbalanced taste that I definitely didn't sign up for. And did I mention the burger was small? Like, blink and you'll miss it small.The saving grace of this meal was the spicy fries with cheese sauce. Those bad boys were on point - crispy, flavorful, and that cheese sauce was a game-changer. If there's one thing I'd go back for, it's those fiery fries.Wallet Woes:Here's the kicker - this not-so-satisfying meal set me back over $16. And let's be real, I left hungrier than I came in. The value for money here is like searching for a needle in a haystack.In the end, Shake Shack's Del Amo adventure left me feeling a bit cheated.
