The server made me the tea ignoring what I told him on how to make it no ice less sugar he labeled my tea as no ice and no sugar and purposely put extra ice and extra sugar in both of my teas.

Was craving bubble tea and stopped by here, located right at the intersection. Lots of menu options. Place was clean and had a cute atmosphere. Drinks were good.

Great boba that is consistent in flavor. Sharetea is great in letting you adjust your sweetness and ice level. I also really like that they have the option of using the Clover app reward system. Once you set up your phone number and get the app you have an online punchcard. As someone who goes every week the digital punchcard is nice to have. The staff is also welcoming. Sometimes though they are short-staffed making it take longer to order as they need to make the drinks for previous orders. The manager is very accommodating with fundraising for schools. The best boba spot in Torrance!

Tried the strawberry milk tea and it tasted just like a strawberry Nesquick drink from my childhood. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back to try more.

Nonexistent This is across the street from Gen KBBQPlaza has lots of stores, parking spaces so few There's tables inside and some room to queue Wait can be pretty long, so find something to do Menu has fruit, brewed, milk teas hot or iced Toppings start at seventy five cents, highly priced Sweetness and ice levels are easy to customize No small medium or large here, just one cup size Once I asked for "no boba", they still gave it to meChose Mango Milk Tea but got Mango Green TeaLess sugar tasted more like one hundred percent Drinks were fixed but mistakes were frequent Focusing on the tea flavor, it doesn't really exciteMaybe not brewed long enough, diluted and light The consistency of the boba is also not very ideal Sometimes mushy, other days hard like steel Compared to other chains, not the best or worstI wouldn't come back unless I was dying of thirst Their other locations elsewhere tend to be okay But for the time being, I'm going to stay away

Loved the whole experience… There was a table of kids, playing cards and girls gathering the window and the staff was super friendly and really quick and it was the best tea I’ve had since I moved here

Came here to grab a drink with a friend. We came on a Thursday around 6PM. There wasn't any other customer in the shop so we took our time to browse the menu. We ended up getting a black milk tea with mini pearl and a chocolate creama. My milk tea was yummy and the mini pearl was nice and soft. Service was fast and the worker was making our drinks as we were paying. Parking here can be a hit or miss since it's a small lot but if you come at a good time, the service and quality at this location is worth it!

I use to be a regular customer and buy coffee milk tea all the time until I had a bad experience with one of the employees while I was waiting my order the girl on the counter didn't even call my order I had yo go to the front and ask for it. Once I asked her about my order she grabbed my drink that was on the side and slam it to the counter not even a thank you nothing. This is just bad customer service. You can have the best drink but if you have bad customer service then your business is going down the hill. Another thing they asked on their tablet for a Tip???? I mean how I'm gonna give you a tip if my customer experience hasn't be completed yet. They need to cancel this tipping culture is getting worst specially in boba and coffee shops.

Really tasty tea. I always get the green tea w n o toppings easy ice no added sweetener. Most of the time i get the mango tropical flavor. Really yummy. Staff is always nice and the price is good for size. Ill be back..

Besides the awesome teas they have here, the staff here are soooo hard working. I always see them hustling, and the friendliness never goes away despite how busy they are. They deserve raises!

Been going to this spot for years because they're consistent with their drinks.I always get their Thai Tea/Milk Tea Ice Blended with boba if I want something creamy and cold.On a regular day, I get their Peach or Mango Green Tea 80% sweet with boba. Their teas doesn't usually taste burnt to me, so that is always a plus.I used to love the Wintermelon Creama, too, cuz it was creamy and a bit salty!! I just grew out of it ?
