Bad service, it seems that today's young people do not want to work, everything is done reluctantly as well as by force. Better not work, go do something you like, that is, do nothing because you like nothing.
Honestly it really sucks because I mobile order so frequently from this location and every time I mobile order my drinks they’re not even remotely close to the top. The service is usually good and the baristas are nice but I hope they fix this problem.
This is a great starbucks for atmosphere and since the food is all from wherever it comes from it tastes great, but the drinks do taste watered down as the other reviewer said. Why? Who knows. But if you still come here, ask for an extra shot in it or it won't taste like espresso.

Good place
THE HOURS ARE WAY OF THEY OPEN AT 4AM TO WHAT ITS 8PM AND ITS CLOSED?.
‼️WARNING‼️
Coagulated Milk(in my case oat) being used in drinks. Workers claim, "That's what happens when we dont shake the milk." W.T.F. How about *store it properly so this isn't a clearly common ongoing issue. They tried remaking my drink(skaken expresso) 3 times all disgustingly full of coagulated milk. Just to end up having my money refunded by unbothered management. After all that, NO DRINK, nothing. MY ONLY REGRET... not having the manager in front of all her customers pour that nasty milk out into a venti cup for all to see what they are being served, Gordon Ramsay style.

Of all the times I went to Starbucks today, this was the most disappointing. This was the most annoying part of today's service. I just asked for some sugar, but they asked me why I didn't ask for it when I ordered. Wouldn't it be possible to change your mind after tasting it? (Wouldn't you have thought the same thing if they had made it taste good from the beginning? The service today was the worst for me. It had no taste and the place today was dirty with a lot of spilled milk. They didn't even clean it. Didn't they just look at the employees who were busy making coffee?

One'd imagine that when you are paying $8+ for a coffee drink, at least the lid could fit the coffee cup. No, it does not. The lid is so flimy and so is the cup, they do not fit well. I tried to close the lid, but that just lead to more spills of the coffee (maybe 50 cents was lost). This just left me with more bad feelings with Starbucks. It's time to move on to some other companies to better products, instead of putting resources into things that do not matter to their consumers.

I’ve ordered different drinks on different days and my drink is always watered down! I’m already paying for an overpriced drink can it at least taste good… The drive thru staff have been rude too and “forget” my pastries every time

It's a Starbucks -- quick, efficient, to the point for coffee and espresso drinks. Inside and outside of location were clean and free of debris/garbage/litter -- I did not check out the restroom.
I ordered an iced chai tea latte with regular milk, petit vanilla bean scones, and also purchased an apple juice box.
The chai tea was sweet but not overly sweet or diluted by milk and/or ice -- it tasted refreshing and creamy, as I expect an iced chai tea latte from Starbucks to be. The petit vanilla bean scones were decent -- dense, but not too biscuit-like. Each of the little scones looks as though it would weigh 1-1.5 ounces. They are filling enough, especially for such a small pastry.
And the juice box... Well, it's a juice box. Not expired.
Overall, if you're looking for a Starbucks to stop at when you want something with coffee, espresso, or tea, and you're on Artesia by Van Ness, this is your place.

I like the place because of the atmosphere, but I noticed that they didn’t say my name. I thought that’s strange. There are a lot people in this world and I know not all of them have your typical Sandy and John and Mike names! There are so many people with different and beautiful names out there that I wonder if they just ignore it too. Who knows! But say that’s a turn off. Starbucks needs to do a better job with people’s names. We are in 2024. Let’s correct this problem already
My name is Aziza Rose Ahmad, it’s like saying Alyssa, except you are saying A zee za. I think I even said it. LOL!?. Wow! It’s amazing. That would be my #1 rule, to always say people’s names right
