I ordered a cappuccino, sandwich and regular coffee. I got the first two right away but waited a little bit for the coffee because it was still brewing. When I got the coffee I asked for a cup of water. The server Tricia told me to line again in the cashier because it was against starbucks policy to give out water without ordering it.

first of all these drinks suck I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was half full so I told one of the workers their my situation and all they did was put the foam out and put milk it ruined the flavor of the coffee and it tasted like plain milk and it cold my drink was ruined and this is not the first time this happened i would not recommend coming to this place at all

The Customer Service IS AWESOME. I'm not sure if the gentleman who helped me in the drive thru about 7pm. HE WAS AWESOME....This is my FAVORITE STARBUCKS....
