I ordered a cappuccino, sandwich and regular coffee. I got the first two right away but waited a little bit for the coffee because it was still brewing. When I got the coffee I asked for a cup of water. The server Tricia told me to line again in the cashier because it was against starbucks policy to give out water without ordering it.

I ordered via Starbucks Mobile order App, showed 1-4min before drink would be ready. The store already had a sea of people waiting for their drinks. It was about 10min and still no sign of a Venti Very Berry Hibiscus. Looked like they caught up, handing out a bunch of drinks but still waiting . Why was it that a lady i saw in line got her drink before me? "Jump the Line" holds 0 weight here . There is no priority whatsoever. When we asked about our 1 drink and where it was, all that was said was "We do the best we can and sometimes we fail," to which I replied ,"You failed today.". No apologies, just acted like business as usual. I waited 14 minutes for 1 drink alone. Past experiences have been good at this location but today it was a 0 star day. Starbucks - you totally Failed. Don't put up a sign you can't follow.

first of all these drinks suck I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was half full so I told one of the workers their my situation and all they did was put the foam out and put milk it ruined the flavor of the coffee and it tasted like plain milk and it cold my drink was ruined and this is not the first time this happened i would not recommend coming to this place at all

I tried to order several items and they are ALL out of stock at this location. I tried ordering a bottle of water ... out! Then I tried ordering the Bacon Gruyere egg bites ... out! then I tried ordering the cheddar ham egg bites ... out! then I tried ordering the bagel with cream cheese ... OUT! when I asked him why they were on display, he said he could sell me the display (with the sign right above it saying that items were for display only). How is it possible that you are out of half of the items you have on display at 930am on a Wednesday? This store needs to get its act together!!

Really need to keep the mobile app updated about what is sold out. When I order online then get to the store I shouldn't be told that what I ordered is sold out. If it's sold out it needs to be updated on the app. Will not be returning to this location because I do not trust what it says to be true on the app about what sold out and what isn't sold out. 2 stars because I didn't have to wait in line to get my money back.
