Wow! Probably, the most disrespectful experience I have had at any Starbucks, let alone this one... Just from waiting for the elderly cashier(specifically used to convey what her focus was, as opposed to a barrista) Warning, if you visit this establishment, and the elderly lady is cleaning light fixtures, by no means should you patiently wait for her to turn around to see if there are guests waiting, and definitely don't say good morning, nicely, to gain her attention... You'll incur the surprise ire of a person you'd never want to make your special drink. Time: 12pm Date: 5/6/2024

My experience was terrible. Had to wait 20 min just to order my drink one guy making drinks but didn’t seem to have no urgency . Finally when a girl comes to help him she takes my order but apparently hears the wrong drink I didn’t realize this till I go to pick my drink up. I ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew. The guy gave me a caramel cold brew. When I ask the guy oh it comes with caramel drizzle now his response was you ordered the caramel cold brew right. The girl that took my order overheard and said you did order the caramel cold brew. I said no I ordered the caramel sweet cold brew. Keep in mind I am very familiar with Starbucks drinks i order this drink almost everyday before i for to work at 4 am. The girl then then said we’ll you should of said salted cream cold brew. I told them both yes I did say that not once did u hear an apology. The guy then says do you want me to order another one I said no thanks so they can take 20 more minutes to make. Keep in mind nobody was ahead of me. The guy didn’t seem he cared nor the girl. I will no longer be going to this location . I am very disappointed with the service you pay like 6 bucks I go to Starbucks everyday and get treated like this. Hope they learn to have people skills these drinks aren’t cheap. Next time just apologize seem like you actually care.

Drinks are never consistent anymore and with all the tik tok trend drink the baristas always act like you are also tryna order a tik tok trend drink always out of a product for months in a row ...everyone should just try 7leaves literally right up the street amazingly delicious coffee that you can actually taste
