Morning Breakfast I bought the Caramel Frappe {Grande}. I only waited a couple minutes, since I ordered through the app. I was worried that my order went to another location within the mall. But once I approached the pick up station it was ready!Loved the speedy service and it's cleanliness. I had it with my Wetzels pretzel, which I considered it to be the Union Station Breakfast combo {personal favorite}

Terrible service, the gurl that took my order, must have been having a bad day. She seemed annoyed , didn't even look up to see me while i placed my order , she didn't even ask if i wanted anything else, but she did ask if i wanted to leave a tipI will be skipping this place in the future

Unfriendly service. Left us standing for 3 minutes with no communication. And there was only one other costumer.And their refreshers are literally just ice cubes, and 4 oz of actual drink. And that's for the biggest size

The manager Marvin was very friendly and helpful on the Starbucks located on the 3rd floor of the delamo mall. Service was fast and the drinks were well madeThe atmosphere is great other than the music set by Macy's is kinda loud in the seating areaWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible table available at this location

The customer service the day I stopped in was great. There was one female worker and her service despite a line was calm patient and happy. Not much of that anymore. Drink and muffin was good. No complaints. Great service. Small corner spot in Macys but it still serves its purpose.
