really laid back ,location and nice employees. I tried the new Gingerbread Chai and I love it! Also, they had Hello Kitty things for stocking stuffer, so i got those, and had plenty of gift cards on hand to take care of the office staff at work. I really wanted to try the Dubai iced coffee, but the Gingerbread won out today- I'll be back!

It was packed at 9am and they only have two tables inside and one counter with 5 chairs so very limited seating. Plus there free WiFi is super slow (3Mbps Download, 1Mbps Upload). If you plan to do work on your laptop, I'd find somewhere else.
Got the protein matcha cold foam, and it was really good! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service was quick. Definitely a nice spot to grab a refreshing drink.

Suppose to open at 4 am. Here at 5:20,and still, not opened.
They close at 830 pm yet on Google maps the time is not updated. Please fix this issue. I drove really far for nothing. I'm sure others have driven for nothing

Depending on who is working will depend on the service. Early morning staff can be very rude and unwelcoming. Proper attitude. If you don't like working a job in the AM that interacts with customers then don't do it. Negative waves rub off so don't peoject your attitudes onto customers. Time to go back to the Starbucks off Hawthrone Bld near Del Amo.

It's a small branch. I was going to buy a small espresso-sized cup as a gift for my wife, but it wasn't sold here. There are various mugs and thermoses, but why aren't small size cups sold?
the coffee and service are fine, but my GOODNESS it is loud as all hell in here from the music they're playing. at 4:45am.
