They close at 830 pm yet on Google maps the time is not updated. Please fix this issue. I drove really far for nothing. I'm sure others have driven for nothing

Depending on who is working will depend on the service. Early morning staff can be very rude and unwelcoming. Proper attitude. If you don't like working a job in the AM that interacts with customers then don't do it. Negative waves rub off so don't peoject your attitudes onto customers. Time to go back to the Starbucks off Hawthrone Bld near Del Amo.

It's a small branch. I was going to buy a small espresso-sized cup as a gift for my wife, but it wasn't sold here. There are various mugs and thermoses, but why aren't small size cups sold?

the coffee and service are fine, but my GOODNESS it is loud as all hell in here from the music they're playing. at 4:45am.

Pathetic! I ordered a cappuccino and a flat white, both were not hot at all, not even warm enough. When checked, the guy over the counter told me next time you mention you need it hot. Won’t go to Starbucks that cafe again!

No "ample" inside seating & thanks to the person that wrote that for wasting my time. There is a line of high school kids out the door w/ local seniors fighting to Lethe doors open for the women. It's blaring jarring hip hop at 8am & there are 3 seats inside! Not a cozy or comfortable coffee shop by any means. In fact there are few I've walked out of, but this one I did.

Very busy location. Wish everyone gets higher pay. There wasn't ice option on that drink in mobile order. But come on, a little excessive.

This place is a travesty. I ordered a blended iced mocha. I finally get it and there's no coffee and it tastes like water. I tell them this and they want to fuss over it. Finally, they offer to remake it. After it remade it tastes like sugar water. What a waste of money. First, they need more people. They are in a busy area and need help. I stopped here because my daughter wanted the creme Brule. I normally go to Coffee Bean. The drinks are the same every time. No more Starbucks for me ever again.

Come here to study a lot, was trying to purchase something and they didn’t have change. To mitigate the issue I tried to buy more items to create change, and the store manager (Jonathan) just gave attitudes and was nonchalant about the ordeal. If you decide to go here do not directly deal with him because he escalates problems instead of providing customer service.
