I would give a zero star if I could. I ordered a trenta iced green tea and received a black tea. I know the company is usually very helpful in remaking the drink but I did not have the time to turn around and go back. I will not be coming back to this location as this is the second time they have tried pulling a quick one on me and serving me black tea instead of the green tea I ordered. If they asked me to pull forward to brew a new batch I would not have had an issue; however, I was not given the chance and instead got 5 miles down the road before realizing they served me the wrong tea….again.

Yesterday I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe and asked if they could blend it with cold brew. The employee said they could do it but that they would have to ring it in as a cold brew and the add ons which is fine but then they handed me this drink which I could tell was not blended with powder at all even though I got charged for the mocha flavoring. I’ve worked in coffee for years and I’ve never heard of it being an issue to make a blended drink with cold brew. I get that all coffee places are different but if you couldn’t do it properly why would you say you can ring me up for it and then hand me this? That’s just crazy to even look at this drink and be like “yeah serve it to the customer”. I tried to drink it but it was honestly so bad most of it just went to the trash.

I am very disappointed that I can no longer my donuts at this location. As a Starbucks customer for over 20+ years the donuts was only food item I'd enjoyed buying along with my grande coffee. PLEASE GET THE DONUT BACK PLEASE!!!!
Coffee quality is consistent here compared to some other locations. Plus when my daughter asked me in the car to change her pink cake pop for a chocolate they let us keep both.

I stopped in with my 87 year old grandmother. I wasn’t expecting her to want anything. The barista at the register was patient and suggested a few items to my grandma. She ended up trying the Chi and really liked it. After I purchased a discovery cup and she asked if we were visiting. I was my grandma is from California. I appreciate how kind she was and patient she was. Thank you for the drinks and kindness.
