The Torrance one was closed so came to this one ordered before getting here walked to the door it was locked everyone just staring at me and then finally someone tells me I have to go thru the drive thru so go around and the drive thru is hella long and I have work bad I mean terrible customer service ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ shouldn't have tipped them horrible never coming here again

While in Torrance for about 2 weeks, I went here for my daily coffee. There are no chairs, so no sit down. Just 3 or 4 standing tables that fit one each, two each if tight. Overall great service. Except for the sleeve. Had to ask every time for a sleeve.

I would give a zero star if I could. I ordered a trenta iced green tea and received a black tea. I know the company is usually very helpful in remaking the drink but I did not have the time to turn around and go back. I will not be coming back to this location as this is the second time they have tried pulling a quick one on me and serving me black tea instead of the green tea I ordered. If they asked me to pull forward to brew a new batch I would not have had an issue; however, I was not given the chance and instead got 5 miles down the road before realizing they served me the wrong teaโฆ.again.
