I contacted Hector to cater a birthday pool party. He was quick to respond and was very professional. Hector arrived on time and the food options included both traditional street tacos as well as vegetarian options. There was a variety of meats to chose from, and all were savory and cooked to perfection. The hibiscus tea was amazing and not too sweet.
