Tastea Torrance (Drive-Thru)

on 9/13 at 2 PM was held against my will at the drive thru for 35 Minutes.. i have included times and date so management can verify and maybe retrained the employee .i Tried to get the attention of the staff by short honk, instead of apology from the untrained, unskilled , uneducated, unqualified, low level employee did not even acknowledged the wait time and proceed to lecture me on short honk ,, simple sorry for your wait would have done wonders

I am a small business owner, i want to give opportunity to address this , i have not posted this online

i emailed this to customer service to look into this . and they pretty much said it didnt happen ,.

First of all, the food is banger.

However, the guy with a broken finger at drive thru has a terrible attitude, and is simply not cut out for customer service. I have run into the same guy twice and it's been the same stuck up attitude each time as though my family is inconveniencing him. To the store owner, get this guy out or put him on the fryer, not facing customers please

I was super excited to try this place as the one in fountain valley makes excellent drinks. However I was super disappointed by the service and the quality of the drinks. So we can in after 10, and at least 2 people in the kitchen saw my boyfriend ordering. We ordered drinks and food. After we paid, that’s when they decided to tell us that they don’t serve food after 10. They should’ve told us while we were ordering. Also I ordered the horchata, unfortunately no flavor at all. It just taste like a thick vanilla milk shake with no flavor. Finally the cherry on top with how disappointed I was with this place was when we were getting the refund, the worker with glasses gave us the refund and was just giving us attitude. We were literally standing there waiting for him to tell us if the refund was successful and we had to ask him if it was done and he goes “oh yeah.” Very. Disappointed and never going back. We ordered 2 large drinks to, what a waste.

First time trying this place, drive thru experience was okay but I had to repeat myself like 4x, I think they need a better mic. Also I arrived at 9:40p and the kitchen was already closed, which to me it doesn’t make sense because they close until 11p, I looked up this place and was excited to give it a try but I couldn’t even get the full experience because “the kitchen was closed” which I don’t understand because when looking for this place, no where did it say there kitchen would be close at 9:40p. At the window the lady did have good customer service and the drink was good, we ordered a 20z Thai tea medium sweet and for me it was too sweet. I’m willing to give this place another try when “their kitchen is not closed” and maybe then my review will change. I’m giving it 2 stars because the lady at the window was nice.

I arrived at this restaurant at 10:05 expecting to be able to order from the full menu until the stated closing time of 11 PM. However, I was informed that the kitchen closed at 10 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. It would be helpful if the hours of operation were more clearly communicated to avoid confusion. I was really looking forward to dining here, but this experience left me frustrated. I get closing the kitchen a few mins before but a whole hour? Ridiculous

The line takes forever

I came across this spot while looking for a boba place that stays open late. It’s a drive-thru, which made it convenient for a quick order and go. Unfortunately, the taste wasn’t what I expected—it was overly sweet and had an artificial flavor that reminded me of cheap snacks from childhood. I couldn’t even finish half of the drink. Sadly, I don’t see myself coming back.

took 4 or 5 girls roughly 20 minutes to make 1 smoothie. when i pulled up to the window, they all acted like i didnt exist until my drink was ready. place sucks lol

Honestly it’s really nice, $9.00 for an 32oz boba is crazyyy! The boba shops i know like BobaHi or something all don’t have food like here as to my best of knowledge! Nowhere your gonna find an 32oz boba shops that serves food+have bathrooms, and more!

I'm here every day almost you have to try their karate chicken with basil if you like chicken nuggets or anything that's kind of like it you'll love their chicken you'll love their calamari and the drinks oh my God my favorite drinks so far is a tiger milk tea there's another one with horchata it's the best with strawberry Burst
