We often go to Long Beach Tastea. We were excited that a Tastea location opened closer to us at Torrance. I walked in with a family members of 10 people of different ages. Upon entering, noone greeted us or approached us though they made eye contact from afar. The place wasn't busy at the time, there were no cars in the drive through, yet it seemed like that was everyone's focus was.We kept on calling for employees for assistance because we have family members with diet restrictions due allergies yet noone came for a good while. Finally, a person wearing a hoodie, not in uniform, answered our questions. He was unfriendly and kurt.We waited a while, after all, we ordered a lot of drinks. We paid about $75 for our orser. But I doubt it would it take that long if we had ordered at the drive through.We finally received our order and they all came out right. The supervisor handed the drinks to us. She was friendly and had a smile on her face. But it was too late at this point as I was already annoyed.I would not come back to this location again. Torrance has a lot of great boba tea places to choose from.

Never again. To the Asian girl who was there today around lunch time, she needs to be fired. Complete incompetence. I ordered the fried shrimp I got the karate chicken?!?!!?? I ordered a 20oz drink they charged me for a 40oz?!?!!! I just wanted to get a quick lunch on my rush back to work and didn't have time to turn around. Massive attitude issues as well. Asked her about spice levels and acted like she was explaining quadratic equations to a 5 year old. You guys need to try a little harder when hiring, maybe ask the homeless guy hanging out in the parking lot next door. 1 and done.

i paid $9 for the karate chicken and this is it?? it looks like half of it was eaten, if that's the portion that's wild to me. and i asked my drink to be extra sweet because the first time i came here it was watered down and i still received my drink watered down once again. this location sucks and they take forever. i did an online order and it said it would be done in 10 min. i got there and had to wait an additional 15-20 min

Tastea has become my new go-to boba spot in the South Bay! I was thrilled when I found out they finally were opening in Torrance since I used to drive all the way to Cerritos or Long Beach to go. I love the convenience of the drive thru at this location but the inside is fairly small and there are only a couple tables and chairs inside. I usually will order online through their app which I highly recommend so you can receive points! I also really like their rewards system because you can get free items (food and drinks). The service is usually good, not taking forever and the workers are usually very helpful! Even when it gets busy and the drive thru has a long line they are usually apologetic about the wait. I also like a variety of their drinks so I am able to switch up my order and never get tired of it! My top favorites are the Jasmine milk tea, Peach me sweat tea, and Passion attraction. I also really like their slushies like the Peach me freezie and Mango all the way! Their popcorn chicken and fries are also so good! I love the seasoning they use for the fries and you also get a sauce with the food orders, I usually get ranch or their version of a sweet chili sauce (weak sauce). You can also choose the spice level for the chicken and the fries have the option to choose a flavor now! I usually get mild for the chicken and original flavor for the fries. I love going here because 9/10, I am extremely satisfied. I appreciate the consistency!

I usually stop by this Tastea when I'm in the area because of their drive thru being quick and efficient. Well today I came at night and was disturbed when I had found two pieces of some type of cereal in the bottom of my drink. I ordered the Seafoam Jasmine with Crystal boba. This has to be a violation of some health standards. I see their manager is apologizing for other poor reviews which I understand, but I don't see how this is even possible. I came here at February 20th late after dinner.

I tried Tastea for the first time today. I ordered the Vietnamese Iced Coffee medium sweetness and the fries. The drink was delicious and perfect amount of sweet. The fries were yummy and very crispy (just like I like my fries done). I saw reviews about customer service issues and either they have new staff or someone had some "off" days because the young lady working the drive through was super nice. I'll definitely be back soon!

Tastea is one of my favorite places to get boba. This location has a drive thru and a couple tables inside. This type of setting is not a great place to study because since it's so small, all you hear are the blenders. Even though it's one of my favorite places to get drinks, the service can be kind of slow. They always have their online orders service turned off and since they have a self service kiosk inside, the staff doesn't help you as much if you need napkins or have questions. They tend to stay ne stations.

Drinks are great I love that they have a drive thru however I don't think they will ever get a lot of business because they open way too late. I see they changed the time from 11am to 10am which is better but most have already had their caffeine for the day by that time. Anyway I guess if you can go for a double dose later in the day you're good. I'm a morning person so it doesn't really work for me. I'm forced to go to places such as startbucks or Mc Donald's for caffeine simply because they open early.
My favorite is always the matcha coffee. I also love the popcorn chicken. It's always better than most other places. But this time it was a little disappointing. The popcorn chicken looked like there were more crumbs than chicken.

This place is super convenient because it has a drive through! Tastea is one of my favorite boba places solely for the peach me sweetea. I substitute the black tea for green tea. I usually get medium sweetness too. Only reason that I took away one star is because I feel like I haven't loved any other drinks that I've tried & the peach me sweetea has been the only drink I order here consistently. Tastea if you see this please bring back the roasted oolong milk tea :( It became my new fav order ever. I would come more often if that drink was brought back!

For the longest time, I was driving all the way to Long Beach to go to Tastea until I found out they were making a drive through Tastea in Torrance! I highly recommend going to Tastea as they have such a well rounded variety of drinks from slushes to teas and even smoothies! The service is fairly quick but if you are in a rush I highly recommend you preorder through app since your drink will be ready for you once you arrive. If you decide to order inside you order through a kiosk but we found out that the drive through was a little faster than going inside and using the kiosk. If you like fruity smoothies, I highly recommending trying the strawberry sensation or the Yummy Gummy. I normally get boba and medium sweetness. I highly recommend this place!

Tasetea been my go to since the day they opened, but because of bad customer service, this place ain't my go to. As I was in the drive- thru, Melanie spoke with attitude and I felt very unwelcomed. Then I asked for the price difference between a med and large, a guy answered and rudely stated "There's only a small and large" and he didn't even answer the question. And when the drinks were picked up through the window, there was no "Have a good day" or "Thank you." Literally stayed quiet.

I have been a huge fan of Tastea for years now. Before, my friends and I would drive to Cerritos for Tastea, so we were SO excited when the Torrance location opened. Plus a drive through?! Can't get any better than that. We frequently go to Tastea, and one of the thing I appreciate is that the drinks are always consistent. The sweetness levels are consistent and the drinks always taste the same every time. My new favorite has been the horchata milk tea, usually medium sweet. I don't add toppings since it already comes with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the sea salt foam on top. It is delicious. It tastes like a creamy milk tea with cinnamon. Highly recommend! Some other favorites are the strawberry milk tea, or the yummy gummy smoothie. The tapioca pearls are always soft. My day is always better when I get Tastea.
