I ordered online and process was seamless and my order was ready in just 5 minutes which was impressive. But locating the store in the mall was a bit of a challenge. Google initially led me to the wrong side of the mall and I had to call the store for directions. They are between starbucks and PF chang’s which isn’t immediately obvious especially since they are located on the second floor. Ordered a Black Sugar Assam. The boba are chewy with some stickiness to the pearls. The sugar level can't be adjusted because this is how the drink is prepared. It is sweet, the black tea does not come through as strong. Shake before drinking.
