Wonderful place to have boba

Brown sugar boba was slightly burned compared to other places. Maybe Taro tea is good?

Ordered a Black Sugar Assam. The boba are chewy with some stickiness to the pearls. The sugar level can't be adjusted because this is how the drink is prepared. It is sweet, the black tea does not come through as strong. Shake before drinking.

I ordered online and process was seamless and my order was ready in just 5 minutes which was impressive. But locating the store in the mall was a bit of a challenge. Google initially led me to the wrong side of the mall and I had to call the store for directions. They are between starbucks and PF chang’s which isn’t immediately obvious especially since they are located on the second floor. This isn’t ideal store for a quick pick-up.As for the drinks I ordered the Guava sunset and Peach oolong tea. The Guava one was okay but the Peach tea really stood out as the better choice. Also the watermelon boba didn’t quite live up to expectations and wasn’t worth the extra charge

Staff was friendly but I was disappointed with my experience. The employees were fine, it was just everything else I had a bad impression of.They were short at the register when I paid in cash and couldn't give me a quarter back without going into their tip jar. I didn't want to take out of their tips, that's just messed up.Felt bad for the employees, they seemed busy and hard at work, they should at least have 1 more person doing drinks for less mess ups (there were 2 people working but it didn't look like it was going great...).Also the drink I ordered had a lid that wasn't closed properly (leaking) before it left the counter so I had to give it back. When I received my drinked resealed I noticed it didn't have any ice in it (I didn't ask for no ice) and my drink was warm. Had the strawberry sangria, it tasted mid (conflicting tastes of sour drink vs sweet strawberries and strawberries very soggy) but I didn't want to send my drink back again for a second time because it seemed like the ingredients themselves tasted low quality. I wasn't expecting something super amazing but it was still a bit disappointing, you know? From my impression this location isn't run very well. It just seemed like this location has various issues that could be worked on.

Solid spot for milk tea at the mall. Consistency is an issue! My go-to is the Jasmine Milk Tea and when it's good, it's great - strong tea flavor that's brewed right and tastes really good as a milk tea. Sugar level can be adjusted as low as 10%, which is perfect for me. However sometimes the tea is not the same, especially when they are busy on the weekends.Price-wise, definitely on the higher side, which makes sense since they gotta pay off that pricey rent!Service is quick and easy.

As many other reviews have stated, the customer service here is TERRIBLE, and all reviews appear to be speaking about the same female cashier. Shocking that management hasn't taken the matter into account. The female cashier is so disrespectful and angry--for no reason at all. How difficult is it to treat customers nicely at this place? Would not recommend to anyone!

For people looking for a boba tea made with real tea and adjustable sugar levels, this place is it. The boba is always perfectly cooked and their tea flavors are great. On top of that, the staff is extremely friendly! I don't go for powder mixed boba teas(like the ones in the food court) cause you can't adjust the sugar level and you can tell the tea is not tea, but coming from a mix. If it's not made right, it tastes like powder mix. Blech... and too sweet!I prefer Teaspoon any day over the other places in the mall especially when I'm there shopping.Fyi--I believe the only other boba tea place that brews their tea for boba tea is 85degrees bakery in the mall.

I'm a huge boba fan and I love stumbling across new spots. Teaspoons was conveniently located at the DelAmo mall. The first time I came, I wasn't impressed at all. But, I'm always one for second chances. So here we are. I went with a Thai Tea with boba of course. The service was good and my drink was ready in no time. I quickly pierced my straw in and took my first sip. I have to say, I was disappointed. My drink tasted watered down and the boba wasn't great either. Ugh! Oh well, I gave them another shot and they fell short, again. They might need to come up with new recipes or train the staff properly. A little more training can go a long way.
