Excellent tea & service, Jenifer and Grant was so very helpful. Really glad I've found a new spot. I've had the iced Osmanthus tea, Honey Oolong, Matcha is very fragrant and simply delicious. Everything is super delicious and they have the nicest rainbow jelly and Apple Jelly.

I had the Guava Dunset and it was delicious. Not sure if it was the owner who took my order, but he gave us spectacular service. Keep it up. Loved the atmosphere and their selection.

Ordered a Black Sugar Assam. The boba are chewy with some stickiness to the pearls. The sugar level can't be adjusted because this is how the drink is prepared. It is sweet, the black tea does not come through as strong. Shake before drinking.
