The best nutrition bars!! Don't go to the supermarket and get bagels or buy pre-packaged bagels if you want a real bagel come here if you get there early in the morning they're still hot and fresh. Cinnamon raisin nutrition bar onion blueberry all of them are delicious. Prices are reasonable plus your neck to Starbucks if you want to get a coffee and they have great breakfast sandwiches with salmon.

This was my first time coming here. Located across the street from Little Company of Mary Hospital. Plenty of parking. Ordered Everything bagel with Veggie cream cheese and large black coffee. Server never asked if I wanted my bagel toasted she just put it in the toaster. Once my bagel was ready I paid opened my bagel inside the store saw white cream cheese... wrapped my bagel up again went to the counter asked the lady who made my bagel if the veggie cream cheese is white she said no...I them replied that I ordered veggie cream cheese, she looked at me dead in my eyes and said you said plain cream cheese...I said no and we stared at each other for like 5 seconds and i just said it's okay and walked out. I didn't want to run my own morning. Posted my meal images.

I walked into this store for the first time looked around, while a customer was paying at the register. I then went to the register to order, and a person walked in behind me, and the lady working in the store started to serve the other person that walked in behind me, ?the person that walked in behind me told the lady I was there before they were and then the lady argued with me that I wasn’t standing in line while I was standing at the counter, where the register is ….: thinking I was going to order next, ?why would a employee or business owner Argue with a waiting customer? That you aren’t standing in line when a customer that just walked in and said that I was there before them ?I thought this was really odd and made me feel very uncomfortable. It’s terrible service so I just decided to walk out and not patronize or spend my money at this storeI recommend you don’t go and spend your money there either …! They don’t deserve it!

It's one of my favorite places for bagels. Go there on non peak hours. If not, be prepared to wait.

Their service was awesome. And the food was so delicious. I really love the ambiance of how they kept me feeling like I was a part of their lives. Can't wait to go back again.

This place has the worst ownership I have ever seen. My mother in law called to place an order for pick up three days ago, the woman who answered said oh I'll call you back, Wth? Okay, never did. My mil called again the next day to place the order they took it but said they couldn't take payment over the phone gave no reason why and said pay here, okay that's fine it happens. Then she called again to try to confirm they're ready no answer on the phone. This is when I took over, I called it rang for ever before some what I'm assuming older woman with an accent answer "yes, how can I help you." And I had to ask is this the bagel factory, she goes yes what do you need. Again, wtf. I said I have an order we're trying to confirm is ready now for three days and I need to know if we can come pick it up today. She said oh ya and then tried to explain to me why she couldn't figure out payment the other day I said okay no worries we'll pay there my husband will end there. She went okay ahuh then hung up. Now I already have a bad taste in my mouth interacting with this woman myself. My husband then rushed over there from work to try and make it by 2, got stuck on hawthorn and was 2 min away, it's 1:57 and they close at 2. He called to let them know he's about to get there, same lady got super rude with him telling him "NO SERVICE AT 2, were closed" he's pleading that if she could just wait 5 min, "NO WERE CLOSED!" Hung up. So fast forward to today, my husband goes there to pick them up, is currently there, and they tell him they were thrown out because no one showed up to pick them up! He explained what happened to the two young ladies at the front how he was told they close at 2 and no one is to be served, then he's told that it's odd because they're there until 3. WTF. So they threw away an order with out telling him, woman gave rude service, and was poor at managing customer orders with both calling back or even confirming orders, now here's the best part. While my husbands talking to the young ladies the "owner" or bagel maker comes out from the back, "what's your problem here?" And my husband is caught off guard because we own a business and would NEVER speak to a client or customer like this, and he tries explaining to him what had happened yesterday and the man starts cutting him off saying "stop stop stop" I'm on the phone for this so I hear everything, he goes "I'll make them again if I have to do this isn't a problem, you want them or not" my husband goes this shouldn't be a problem when I wasn't told my order would be thrown out even when I was trying to come get it. Again, man is cutting him off being rude and aggressive saying you want the bagels or not it'll be 30 min. So not only was our experience in just placing this order a mess, dealing with the women and this man was just aggravating. This is poor business management. The bagels are good but there's a better bagel shop on Catalina Street. I can't comprehend how someone runs their business like this. I recommend going to another bagel shop or if you do place an order here go in person. Only reason we had to interact with this business is because my mil wants a specific bagel she can't get at home BUT IS MADE ELSEWHERE so that's where we will be taking out business and I suggest anyone reading this does it as well.

It was my first time going here. I was really excited so I ordered three bagels, blueberry bagel w strawberry cream cheese, raisin, and Spanish omelet bagel with soup. Felt very rushed at ordering to and I understand there were a lot of customers but they need to be better at taking order. I finished paying and got into my car and reached over to my bagels only realizing there was only two. Drove 20 mins back to the bagel factory and told the lady in the counter that she forgot my strawberry bagel and the old lady said quote on quote “She replaced my strawberry cream cheese bagel to Spanish omelet bagel” I was expecting her to say sorry about that we will quickly make you a strawberry cream cheese bagel but she was arguing with me and being rude. I never got to eat my blueberry bagel w strawberry cream cheese :(. Not really satisfied by the customer service…

This place constantly closes at 1pm while their hours say they're open until 2pm. Service is slow and the food is about average.
