This WaBa is not in the best location, but if you in Torrance, stop there. The food is great and they could use the business. WaBa is a chain and there are a few in LA, but we like this one. It is never crowded and the food is always fresh and hot. They mostly have bowls there and you can get vegetarian, chicken, shrimp and beef. They may also has Tofu, but I am not sure. Every bowl we have had is great. I love the shrimp bowl. It has a great sauce on the shrimp and the rice goes...
