Worst pretzel ever. No buttery or tasteful like auntie annes. All dough and thats it.

This is for the 2nd floor wretzels pretzels , why is the tall cashier Asian dude so mad, 😭 my bad I didn’t wanna pay $20 for some bread, I apologized and said I’ll take only one of the already premade pretzels right there, I’d probably be mad too tho working at a 16 year old girls job tho

This location employs one of the rudest cashiers I've ever encountered. I dread every time she's working but sometimes you just gotta get your Wetzel's fix. If Wetzel's on their worst day wasn't better than Auntie Anne's on their BEST day, I'd never come back.

The hotdog bites were burned on the bottom, and the lady at the register spoke poor English. I had to ask several times to repeat what she said

Came to get my grandson a pretzel ? lthey had an add download the app for a free pretzel ? l downloaded the app but the workers couldn't tell me how to retrieve the code. The cashier called the manager ( l suppose he was a manager) and he couldn't tell me how to get the code he went through the app and nothing. I bought my little Papa his pretzel ? and l got two mangonadas but these workers need better training and no l never got my free pretzel ?

Rude employees

Me and my friend came were in del amo yesterday around 2:15 pm. We decided to walk to the one next to beauty creations. As soon as we get there this short Hispanic girl was too busy making pretzels when there was a lot of pretzels inside the glass and I saw she had already threw in a batch in the oven. We were standing there for 8 min she saw us and said nothing so we said excuse me and right away she shouted I’LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU with a disgusting attitude then 4 min later she decided to take our order mind you their was no customers me and my friend was the only ones then we asked for dog bites right away she said there none and tried to walk away immediately but we pointed out the dog bites and asked her what’s that she just grabbed them and didn’t ask anything else we also ordered a regular pretzel and a lemonade she seemed sooo bothered that she had to assist us. Then I asked for mustard she threw in 1 small packed I asked her for more and she said it’s going to be 25 cents more I asked her where does it say you guys charge for mustard she responds with “it’s not my rules it’s the boss rules” at that point I asked for a manager she said NO THEIRS NO MANGER I did let her know that she’s being very rude for no reason and she says “That’s Fine” geeeez that’s the worse customer I’ve ever received for no reason we were being patient and kind. This place needs better staff members im sure they’ve lost customers for this reason

When it is fresh it is one of the best snacks ever! But sometimes they sell Pretzels that was waiting for too long and lost some of their freshness.

Very terrible service. Our pretzel was black and burnt and when I asked for a new one the team member said “they are all that way” she was very rude and had a lot of attitude. I said I would wait for a new one but she just placed my bag under the heat lamp for a few minutes and gave me the same pretzels a second time. Unacceptable service, behavior and product. Will never return.

Free original pretzel after 3 pm on National Pretzel Day! What an awesome perk. I parked outside Burlington Coat Factory at Del Amo Mall, and the shop was right after you walk into the mall doors on the ground level. Fast and friendly service, and hot and fresh pretzel packaged nicely in a wax paper bag with plenty of napkins. It smelled heavenly and tasted yummy with buttery goodness and a nice sprinkle of salt.

Terrible customer service, the employees don't even greet you. I spent $40 and my drink was flat and tasted awful. I went back to ask if they can change it the employee didnt even say anything she just took it and refilled the same cup. Not worth your money!
