One of my favorite boba spots! Get the little bobs pancakes - soooo good

Salty cream black tea 50% sugar is the game πŸ‘Œ

Their milk teas are a bit milky for my liking, less milk in there and stronger tea would be perfect. Overally it is ok if you are craving for boba milk tea.

was very disappointed with the brown sugar boba latte…could not taste any milk, brown sugar boba had too much syrup with no brown sugar taste (tasted like regular cane/corn syrup) and the whole drink felt diluted from the lack of milk. Expected more from Yifang from its other chains across the country.

Located next to the Nijiya market so we tried it out. Tasty Boba drink you shouldn't be disappointed in. Also, we tried their pancake like snack that was shaped/molden in boba drink shapes. Those were pretty good as well for a light snack.

Tip: Plenty of parking at this location as it is in a decent size plaza.

Yi Fang has excellent milk and fruit teas, and delicious soft boba. The quality is worth a slightly higher price point than other chain bubble tea spots. They also serve delicious freshly made mini pancakes, but only to order in person (can't order on the app). Some of our usual orders are the fresh taro milk 50% sweet (uses actual taro paste!) and the Yakult green tea 30% sweet (passion fruit and grapefruit are great options with Yakult, also). Use the Toast local app to earn rewards. We're regulars, so it's a must! Nijiya Market is next door for a quick sando, sushi, or onigiri snack to round out your lunch or snack time.

Yummy boba! Came with a friend for the first time. Was quiet, had places to study, great drinks with adjustable sweetness levels. Interior was tidy and bathrooms were clean. Kind staff as well and a nice area. Overall a great boba place!

Watery tea, not worth it. Hopefully other drinks are better.

Is authentic Taiwanese Boba tea shop for sure. Rare for the South Bay area.

Love this place. Tea is delicious and fairly priced. Service was friendly and drinks came out at a timely manner. They have the mochi topping that I always order. Highly recommended

I absolutely love Yi Fang in Torrance β€” it’s hands down my favorite boba spot! I live in Irvine, but I’ll happily make the drive just for their drinks. Everything is consistently fresh, perfectly balanced, and you can really taste the quality in their tea. Their fruit teas are always bursting with flavor, and the brown sugar latte is perfection β€” not too sweet, just right. The staff is always friendly and efficient too, even when it’s busy.

If you’re a boba lover, this location is 100% worth the trip. My go-to stop whenever I’m in the South Bay!
