“we placed our online order to be ready at 3:00 but went couple hours later due to errands,
it took another girl at the mixers making fillings to notice us, I didn’t catch her name, but shout out to her because she was doing a great job, she noticed us waiting for awhile and asked for our name and handed us our cookie within that same minute after waiting for a long time for just 1 cookie and made things right asap, she was super sweet and kind, thank gosh for her because we told the other girl who was packing orders about 3 times our name and she just proceeded to forget about us multiple times and help others with no comment. She seemed to be stressed out so I’ll give her grace because I understand it’s busy since it’s a popular flavor week. It’s just odd though because I feel when it’s busy the other workers should pitch in to help pack orders to clear traffic and wait times especially when they had a full team of girls at least 4 of em and only 1 actually packing orders. No matter what tho, the cookie was great and I’ll continue to come to Crumbl, but as someone who’s worked for food service for over 3 years I just think they should have better help when it comes to a busy rush and not leave one girl hanging packing orders alone, didn’t seem intentional but just think the orders could have been handed out way quicker than a 15-25 minute wait time if it was at least 2 people packing not just one alone during a rush.“

Let me say this, their star bread is amazing!!! But!! Every time I have came here the service is really slow, so if your in a hurry be prepared to wait a bit before you get help or your bread that’s why I gave a 4 stars.“

“I love this coffee shop, best in Tracy, maybe best in the 209. The owners are so friendly and they’ve never messed up an order for me. Their drinks and food are delicious and the cafe is super cute. “This is a really good local ice cream place, they have alcoholic and non alcoholic. These are some of the flavors we tried:(Boozy) Bailey’s, Mimosa, strawberry Merlot & for non alcoholic salted caramel. You can order them by phone and pick them up quickly. Highly recommended and a great way to support local commerce (Tracy and Mountain House), even if you are just driving by, you should definitely make a stop. They’re by the 205 Hwy and Grant Line Rd.“
