I have been coming here 1-2 times a week for about 3 months. There’s a 50% chance the workers will mess up your order lol which I don’t really care because they fix the issue every time and don’t charge…. But the mess ups are definitely a little excessive… I usually see younger kids there when it happens. And also when this one kid messed up my order he got dirty looks from his co workers which is LAME and immature… I’ve been there so many times and it’s always...

Dunkin' donuts is dunkin' donuts so I don't have any complaints or ravs about food or service.
I was disappointed by the bathroom situation

It's a real turn off to see a pool of urine pee on floor where my feet are going to be as I sit down to use the bathroom.

I don't understand how or why people have such a hard time pissing INTO the giant bowl. Whether sitting or standing it really shouldn't be that...

Customer service personified! I did mobile ordering like I often do. When I showed up to get my order, I saw the iced coffee and dismissed it as my order. Oops. Probably still upset about Flying J kicking me out of their parking lot as an OTR driver. Anyways, I saw my mistake and the employees said no problem, we’ll remake it for you. So I ordered an ice coffee but wanted a hot coffee. They absorbed the loss of product and provided me what I meant to order. Thank you, Dunkin....
