Tonight, my husband and I ordered wingstop for the first time in about a year. We were highly disappointed when we got home and saw that 1 of our favorite flavors was not as ordered. The quantity of the wings was wrong, the size of the wings was laughably small, and they were tossed in the wrong sauce. I called the store to let them know and Christian answered. I love Wingstop but there is a few things this particular store should change. One being that they need to change their oil more often because you can taste the difference. Second they never tell you the correct time from when your order is done. I usually see my food sitting in the bag when I get there thinking I’m early. Lastly, I think it’s pretty dumb they don’t take cash but that’s just my opinion.
