Jack in the Box in Tracy

“Showed up at this location around 11:15 pm On Wednesday night the 14th. The worker at the window did a fantastic job from communication, to service. He was apologetic for our food taking too long to come out (it didn't take long at all). That's the type of worker that should move up the chain, give him a Bonus or a Raise or even a promotion. Whatever the case is, that's the associate you want representing your store and to have that energy for a night shift is rare to find but it is a true gift when you do find it. I wish I asked his name but it slipped my mind. Regardless I already enjoyed this specific Jack location in comparison to other Jack locations from Tracy to Manteca. But this associate really sealed the deal on it being the go to Jack in the Box from the range of locations I just mentioned.“

“Eddie - Found them open at 5am while doing Lyft today, New years Day. I decided to try the new double bonus Jack meal for its price and mystery, but unfortunately, it was pretty disappointing. The price was under $7, but even with that, the meal was "Jack-ed" up.The burger was an imitation of the big Mac, but without the extra bun. The sauce was similar but not as good, and something I didn't notice right away, they forgot to add the second patty.The fries with the buttermilk are usually my favorite parts of the meal, but this time, the fries were terrible. They tasted as if they were left out all day, dry and stale, but re-fried in order to hide that fact. Not even the buttermilk could save them. If it wasn't for me being so hungry, I would have thrown them away.It was convenient that they were open on New years Day but pointless when the food doesn't meet the standard. If it wasn't for the small yet overpriced Sourdough Jack, which is my favorite, I would be back for another sandwich, but at this point, I'll just have to keep settling for the tacos.“

“Ordered from the mobile app the Build Your Own Munchie Meal. I noticed you get more with this meal than the typical Ultimate Cheeseburger meal. You can get two tacos with the ultimate cheeseburger meal and it's cheaper. Food was warm, I got an iced mocha, and it was all pretty tasty. I went through the drive thru, so I can't say much for the atmosphere, unless you refer to my own car. I saw they are advertising some kind of Gremlins midnight meal, which has me intrigued. You get an air freshener with it. Not sure I want to know what a Gremlin smells like, since you can't really wash it. But tempted either way.“
