the food is great and the prices are reasonable. the only thing I have an issue with is the mask policy. last week customers didn't need one now they are required. it's time we all use common sense and remember what we learned in kindergarten!!! be responsible. the Wuhan virus has been here since at least January. why popeyes went from no masks required in one week and it being mandatory in thg be next isn't common sense. thanks for the anxiety attack due to my extreme claustrophobia.
I’ve eaten at Popeyes over years, always been good. I’m done for the day and not going back...Tonight everything was cold, fries, chicken and biscuits were like hockey pucks. Shockingly bad meal! So I called and the young lady apologized and asked me to hold so she could tell the manager...the manager didn’t even take the phone, this young lady was so apologetic and her manager left her without any support other than “bring it back”! She apologized again which was fine...read full review
