“This was a great place to stop and have breakfast. My wife had the steak and eggs. I had the "Man size" Hamburger steak and eggs grilled to perfection ? I really enjoyed it. They accommodated our adjustments for eating keto style by offering cottage cheese and tomato slices. I can really see the care and attention of this family owned business. We will stop every time when we pass through. This is good clean whole foods. The staff was awesome and super polite. The prices were very good.“

“All about food and service. In the off chance they might take a while to take your order, don't worry! The food has always come out very fast once they submit the order. Food is always so delicious. This is our favorite breakfast in Vacaville!!Kid-friendliness: We take our 2.5 year old with us, since he was about 2. He loves Heritage house oatmeal, pancakes, and eggs. “I've tried smoothies, juices, and warm beverages here and everything has been top notch and the staff is always friendly to boot! Vegan items on the shelves and in the grab-n-go case as well. “This is my second time stopping here on a trip, both times the service, coffee, and food has been good. This time I tried the South African latte (part of the winter seasonal menu) and it was really good. I would definitely get it again but try it iced next time. I also tried the breakfast hand pie which was good but the gouda breakfast sandwich I got last time was better. The interior is nice and there is plenty of parking here. It is very easy to come here and a pleasant space to sit inside. I'll be back for sure.“

“Small little place but makes up for its roughness with amazing customer service. Even though they seemed a bit understaffed the person running the front was polite, informative and cheerful. It's a pretty extensive menu so I appreciate the patience they had while I picked out my drink. Settled on a coffee milk tea, they use a non-dairy base! Was absolutely delicious!!“

“We have a hidden gem in Vacaville! Locally owned, Pure Grain Bakery! Fresh and delicious baked goods as well as savory selections for breakfast and lunch. They are always friendly and knowledgeable about their menu options. Their coffee drinks are delicious as well as affordable. Skip Starbucks and treat yourself to Pure Grain Bakery instead.Love their outdoor seating options as well,“

“02/24/24- This place has been one of my favorites when it comes to variety of boba drinks. You can order online, on their tablet or the cashier inside. I highly recommend coffee cloud which comes with coffee jelly and I always add x2 of boba. Each additional boba add-ons is 75cents. Also ordered chocolate puff, strawrberry banana, brown sugar boba and creme brulee coconut dessert. Chicken original is just okay, need more cooking time for chicken, I would say. Service is good, plenty of seating inside. I hope they fix their door as it is so heavy when opening. Looks like it needs a fix. The interior is clean and the drinks were yummy! I have two BigBang locations where I go to. Concord or Fairfield, wherever I am near the area! It will be busier during summer season and that is for sure! Be aware of the surroundings here as there's homeless sometimes around the area! There's also a Wells Fargo atm beside the door outside. Great tasting drinks and customizations are easy and well understable ordering.“

“I bought a strawberry cheesecake flavored paleta. I like how they are displayed and I love that they have exotic flavors. They also have several flavors of agua fresca which are also presented very nicely. The store is next to kate spade at the outlet. It is a small shop. They have outdoor seating. I was served quickly. It might not hurt the staff if they smiled once in a while.“

“The teas are sweet and refreshing. I couldn't try the smoothies because the protein powder they use has dairy products. (She said they use Herbalife products.) Bathroom wasn't super clean (though very cutely decorated), and the toilet didn't flush well. Staff person was really friendly and helpful with suggestions.“

“This review is specifically for an employee. I was shopping with my disabled husband, which is difficult enough. Long story short, I was trying to get a heavy bottle (4 gallons I believe) into my car while dealing with my husband. The bottle broke and water was leaking. I was going to leave it behind and drive away. Rafaela saw my struggle. She told me to wait in my car and she would be right back with a new bottle. Her kindness almost made me cry. She went completely out of her way to take care of me. I'm only sorry that I couldn't tell her just how much her kindness was appreciated. All I could do was say Thank you.“
