Euro Snack at Northstar is a must-stop after a day on the slopes! They serve the legendary Le Waf—a warm, chewy, Liege-style waffle with caramelized pearl sugar that melts in your mouth. They also offer hot chocolate, coffee, gelato, candy, crepes, and even hot dogs for a quick bite.

It can be a bit confusing (and chilly) waiting for your number on the TV screen, but I get why they do it—this place is always packed! Despite the crowds, the service is efficient, and the Le Waf was $8 in 2025 (hello, #inflation), but honestly, still worth every penny. Ski hard, snack harder!
