I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want everyone discovering the secret of the best sushi in truckee. We had the sashimi and nigiri party platter and it was delicious.
Hands down the best sushi in Truckee! Flavors, freshness of the fish, attention to detail is all top notch. The crispy quinoa on the rolls is something I haven’t seen and it’s incredibly delicious. Highly recommend you add this spot into your Wednesday rotation.
Best sushi in Truckee! Very innovative and fresh fish for mountain sushi. May not order regularly but definitely worth trying at least once. I recommend the cloud roll with the crispy nori, very special!
