The service could not have been nicer. They make you feel so welcome here. We ate breakfast at Donner Lake Kitchen with our baby and had a lovely time. Delicious eggs Benedict, too. The perfect diner.
Staff was super friendly and the food was not gourmet, but quite good. Basic atmosphere with a lodge feel and plenty of photos right across from the lake. I will happily visit again.
Stopped by this gem for breakfast and loved it. Neat little diner, with a cozy, nature-oriented vibe. Very relaxed, casual atmosphere. The food was really good - I had the Eggs Benedict which can easily go wrong but was great here. The whole place had a rustic, anachronistic feel to it. Definitely worth stopping by for a great breakfast.
