Dopo Pizza & Pasta is a new spot right off Donner Pass Road with plenty of free parking. The atmosphere is beautiful inside and out. The restaurant is incredibly accommodating, with a staff that is helpful, friendly, and professional. The food is exceptional, delicious, and unique, with generous servings. Dishes like the thin, crispy, and bubbly crust pizza, the bison-wagyu meatballs, the Bolognese, the fig and pig pizza, and the Budino dessert are all so good and flavorful. The wine list is also impressive. It is an authentic addition to the neighborhood, focused on details, and a great new spot for pizza, pasta, and dessert.
