Family owned and ran. Pilar is the best cook!! Her mom (Carmen) is the nicest lady who greets everyone as if they are family! And always has a smile on her face! The bar tenders (brother/sister duo) Christian and Zerenea are the bomb! They whip up some mean cocktails! Veronica is cool and held out when needed and Frank is always a cool guy and good waiter!!

I remembered this place from when I lived there 15 years ago so my husband and I stopped in. It was amazing! The best jalapeno poppers we've ever had! I got Alfonso's Special and it was huge!!! I was only able to eat half of it! My husband for a pork dish that he said was perfect!! We were so full and happy when we left! We ordered flan to go and it was so good!! The waiter was very kind and attentive, even while he was serving other tables and the chip and water kid was on his game!!! My husband ordered a margarita and said it tasted great as well!! Very satisfied and worth every penny!!! Also beautiful decor and we loved the atmosphere!!!! Thank you!!

Horrible place don't go here . The hot salsa tastes like fish food. Over priced, not authentic, stale chips, avocado salad dressing tastes so sweet it's like ice cream. Gross. I wish this place would go bankrupt and close down. Such a shame. Please close down ASAP. Don't go here. Boycott!!!

Food is overpriced and doesn’t taste good. Rice and beans tasted so bland.

We came on a busy night and there were a number of large parties dining. Every chair in the dining room was occupied. The kitchen was backed up, and the service was very slow. I think we waited 40 minutes at our table to even be greeted by the waiter. Had to ask multiple times for basic things like a fork, and a glass of water. It was over an hour from our arrival time to when our appetizer came out. They were clearly over extended this time. Previous visits were not slow at all. So pro tip: if you walk in to be seated and there are no tables available, it might take a really long time to get served.

This place charges $6.75 for the “large” guac which is so tiny …. Food is decent but these portions are abominable…

This is a must-visit restaurant for us every time we are in the area. The food and service are great, but our favorite thing about this place is the margaritas. They are excellent!
