My review is because of the caring manager,as I misplaced my phone. She was compassionate & understanding. The worker I ordered our drinks from was outgoing & friendly. Yes,it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Having the app.that orders are made makes them busy.
Passed by here on the afternoon of Thursday September 19th, 2024 (09/19/2024), I used my Starbucks e-gift card to purchase a cup of coffee. By the way, I was driving to Reno from Sacramento.
Most of the times I’ve been there it’s been fine, but last December I had placed a mobile order At around 9:30, they said it’d be done by 9:45. Reasonable, right? But no, so many people had placed mobile orders and there was about 6 workers, but there was only one girl working on the mobile orders, and everyone else was either doing nothing or doing drive through orders.
